「樓宇復修公司登記計劃」網站即日起關閉

為準備將來推出全新樓宇維修支援服務，政府已公布由2026年9月30日起四個星期讓有意參與該服務的顧問及承建商申請加入「預審名單」，至2026年10月27日止。政府的目標是今年年底陸續備妥通過審核的「預審名單」，明年首季開始為業主進行項目招標。日後只有「預審名單」上的顧問和承建商才能競投透過全新支援服務招標的工程。

為配合新安排，原載於市建局樓宇復修平台的一系列顧問及承建商名單已不適用並已移除，「樓宇復修公司登記計劃」網站亦會於即日起關閉，特此通知。發展局已公布會編制三張「預審名單」，分別涵蓋：

1. 驗樓顧問；
2. 負責草擬工程標書和監督工程的監督顧問；以及
3. 負責施工的承建商。

市建局呼籲業內有心有力的顧問和承建商盡早申請加入「預審名單」。有關「預審名單」的申請詳情，請參閱專屬網頁 pq.ura.org.hk。

申請安排

有意申請加入「預審名單」的顧問及承建商，可於2026年9月30日至10月27日期間，透過專屬網頁（https://pq.ura.org.hk/tc）電子平台遞交申請。如有查詢，請發送電郵至 pqenquiry@ura.org.hk，或於辦公時間內（星期一至五上午9時至下午5時30分，公眾假期除外）致電2588 2929，與市建局職員聯絡。

"Building Rehabilitation Company Registration Scheme" Website Closed with Immediate Effect

In preparation for the future launch of the new support service for building maintenance works, the Government has announced that applications for inclusion in the "pre-qualified lists" have been open to interested consultants and contractors starting from 30 September for four weeks till 27 October 2026. The Government’s goal is to have the vetted "pre-qualified lists" available progressively by the end of this year, and to begin tendering projects for property owners in the first quarter of next year. In future, only consultants and contractors on the "pre-qualified lists" will be eligible to submit tenders for projects under the new support service.

Please be informed that, in view of the new arrangements, the series of consultant and contractor lists previously available on the URA's Building Rehabilitation Platform are no longer applicable and have been removed, and the website of the "Building Rehabilitation Company Registration Scheme" is also closed with immediate effect. The Development Bureau (DEVB) has announced that three pre-qualified lists will be established, namely:

1. Inspection Consultants;
2. Supervision Consultants, who will draft tender documents and supervise building maintenance works; and
3. Building Works Contractors, who will be responsible for construction.

The URA appeals to dedicated and capable consultants and contractors in the industry to apply for inclusion in the pre-qualified lists as soon as possible. For more application information, please visit the dedicated website at pq.ura.org.hk.

Interested consultants and contractors can submit their applications through the e-platform on the dedicated website (https://pq.ura.org.hk/en) from 30 September to 27 October 2026.
